Our main goal is to ensure all customers are happy and satisfied with our products, therefore we will arrange cancellation and returns in certain cases.
You could cancel the order after placing it, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and confirm your order status when you change your mind. We will do our best to help you cancel it when it is not processed. If the order is already shipped, we could not cancel it right away，please refuse to sign for the package when it is arrived.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. After that, all exchange or refund will be rejected.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com to confirm the return address.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
To return your product, you should contact our service team to confirm the return address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
